Where we deliver
We deliver to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. We do not currently deliver to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or PO Boxes. Please provide a physical street address.
Shipping cost
All orders within our delivery area receive free standard shipping. There is one standard shipping option, with no minimum order amount.
Handling and transit
Order handling takes 1–2 business days. After dispatch, transit takes an estimated 3–4 business days. The estimated total is 4–6 business days, combining handling and transit. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Order cutoff
Our daily order cutoff is 7:00 PM (GMT-06:00), fixed Central Standard Time (Chicago), year-round; no daylight-saving adjustment. Orders received after the cutoff, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays begin their handling period on the next business day. Orders received by the cutoff on a business day enter that day’s handling cycle.

If your parcel is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, contact [email protected] with your order reference and relevant details. Where a shipment delay requires your agreement or a refund under applicable law, we will handle it accordingly.
